Before starting her career off as an actress, Malik worked as a comedian for several television shows and series. She made her acting debut alongside Shaan and Zara Sheikh in Askari's Tere Pyar Mein (2000), which was a box office hit. She played a supporting role in the film and was barely acknowledged. However, she appeared in a supporting role in Javed Sheikh's Yeh Dil Aap Ka Huwa (2002).

In 2003, Malik appeared in Indo-Pak cross venture Punjabi film Pind Di Kuri which failed to do so well, however, the film turned out be the first Indo-Pak venture film with a budget of approximately 70 million rupees. She also appeared in Askari's Sassi Punno (2003) alongside Sana and Moammar Rana, however the film failed to do well at Lahore's cinemas and further screenings had stopped in cinemas after a week of its release. She then appeared in Rafique's Jageer.

In 2005, she appeared in a short Punjabi film Bau Badmash (2005) which did not garner any recognition due to the lack of big stars. She then appeared in Reema Khan's Koi Tujh Sa Kahan (2005) which was a commercial success in Pakistan. In 2007, she won her first Lux Style Award for being the most stylish celebrity on the red carpet.[citation needed]

Latin Girls

Christina Salgado (http://christinasalgadobgc9.tumblr.com), a beautiful Puerto Rican/Brazilian model and dancer from Jersey City, New Jersey, will invade TV screens and airwaves tonight as the latest addition to the Bad Girls Club (as seen in the preview HERE). With several years of experience in the areas of modeling and dance, Salgado is sure to bring the spice, flare, and drama that will keep audiences entertained and tuned in every Monday night.

The show centers on seven rebellious women with different backgrounds and personalities – who are brought into a house to change their pernicious behavior and accomplish certain goals. The cast deemed “bad girls” enjoy a luxurious lifestyle in a fine mansion for three months, as long as they obey certain rules.

“I’m extremely thankful to join the ninth season cast of the Bad Girls Club,” says Salgado. “Close to two million viewers watch this show every week, and I look forward to the world getting a glimpse into my life.”

Club Monaco is a mid-priced, high-end casual clothing retailer[1] owned by Polo Ralph Lauren.[2] With more than 69 stores in North America, the retailer has locations in Canada, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, South Korea, China, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Turkey, United States, and United Kingdom.[3]

Club Monaco alternates between casual styles during the northern spring and summer and more formal offerings during autumn and winter. The company is best known for its classic "black and white" styles, from which pieces of colour are paired.[4]

In 1985, Canadian Joe Mimran and Alfred Sung opened the first store in Toronto on Queen Street West. This store, which exists today, originally included a cafe below the sales floor. The first US store opened in Santa Monica in 1989. Until 1999, Club Monaco was a Canadian company and was based at Bloor Street West and Avenue Road in Toronto.
